• Identification and Management of Key Stakeholders
• Prevent, Minimize and respond to risks Assigning tasks
• Managing project teams
• Project progress and changes
• Leadership Skills
• Strategies in Project Management

We are looking for a very good Trainer and ready to offer good remuneration.

Tentative Training Duration : 20 Hours [on Weekends].
