Job Description-

We are looking for a Delivery Lead/Solution Architect/Technical Manager responsible for delivering niche technology-based projects for our clients across the globe.

He / she should be able to

Deliver projects and products using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently

Work with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories

Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team

Define and Defend Solution Architecture along with the team.

Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team

Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage

(alpha/beta/production)

Work with clients across the globe and be able to define expectations and deliver to meet the expectation.

Take accountability and ownership of project delivery and ensure predictability in terms of cost and timelines

Effectively manage change in the project scope, solution and delivery.

Motivate team towards common goal and delivery

You should have:

8 years plus relevant experience in IT industry

Delivered a project end to end, from Requirements gathering to taking it live in production

Delivered projects using full stack technologies such as Angular/REST/NODE for front end,

.NET, Java, Spring, Hibernate for backend.

Working experience of using newer toolsets such as GIT, Jira etc(link removed)>

Working experience of using Agile, Kanban or equivalent methods.

Working experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous delivery tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo.

Deployment experience on Azure/AWS.

Excellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms

Understanding of OOP, Design Patterns

Strong English written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with strict deadlines

Good work ethic, including sense of individual responsibility

Comfortable working on new products in a growing company

Must be analytical, flexible, innovative, and self-motivated
