TITLE: Services Technical Project Manager IV

DUTIES: Lead a delivery team for a large, complex project or multiple smaller such projects, requiring a broad scope of domain and discipline knowledge, with significant customer interaction. Develop and manage project plan and resources. Manage task assignments and conduct team meetings. Communicate project status internally and with customers and conduct status meetings. Produce project documentation. Monitor and control project and manage day-to-day activities. Identify issues and tracks to resolution. Manages Change Control and cost/schedule/resource variances. Identify opportunities to leverage existing assets (domain functionality, tooling, documentation) in new projects. Interface with internal and external teams to ensure alignment of deliverables. Ensure client expectations are met/exceeded. Collaborate with Partners on sales pursuits, including customer-facing presentations and demos, projects & resource planning, and estimates/budgeting Provide content for and/or reviews contracts (SOW's, PCR's). Perform other related duties as assigned. Remote work is acceptable within a reasonable commuting distance of the Durham, NC office.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience as a Project Manager, BI Developer or related role where required experience gained.

In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree in stated fields and three (3) years of stated experience, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field of study and one (1) year of experience as a Project Manager, BI Developer or related role where required experience gained.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Also requires experience in the following:

· Project Management Process;

· MS Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Smartsheet;

· Jira software;

· Monthly forecasting and presenting key engagements to upper management; and

· Negotiating requirements with stakeholders, identifying risks, and managing schedules.
