Sr Analyst, Customer Care Analytics; ADT LLC (Boca Raton, FL). Hybrid; wrk up to 2x per week at home. Report on promotion performance, profitability analysis for products, services & initiatives. Implement pricing strategies & programs. Organize, synthesize & validate data related to sales, installations & customer DB. Background check & drug testing req’d. Must have at least bachelor’s or equiv in Finance, Analytics, Stats, Math or related & 3 yrs exp as Analytics Analyst or rel. Must have 3 yrs exp w/: subscription-based biz models; Tableau, Share Point, Salesforce, DB mgmt & SQL; querying, joining & manipulating large data sets.
