The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business department. You will be responsible for overseeing the activities of the marketing officers and business development representatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of business principles

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the department.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing officers and business development representatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Performance Management: Set clear performance targets and KPIs for the team, and monitor performance against these metrics. Provide coaching and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.
Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base and market presence.
Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Financial Management: Manage the department budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and projects are delivered within budget.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry, and use this information to inform business decisions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate departmental processes and procedures, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Certifications related to quality management principles, such as Six Sigma, Lean, ISO standards or alike.
More than 7 years of proven experience in operations management, process improvement, and/or quality management.
Strong analytical skills: Needs to be skilled in analyzing data, identifying trends, and presenting findings.
Leadership skills: The ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and motivate team members.
Communication skills: Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of quality management principles: Familiarity with quality management principles, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO standards.
Strategic thinking: Should have a strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to identify opportunities for improvement.
Attention to detail: Should have strong attention to detail to ensure that processes and procedures are implemented correctly and consistently.
