You will be a key team player of the Placement One Desk journey, and 100% engaged in the success of our business strategy (especially in Corporate). In the One desk, you will be part of the Hub, a team focused on bringing Marsh solutions to clients, either with pre-selected pools of insurers either with facilities (with the support of Operations).


What can you expect :

Within your expertise field (or line of business), you will implement solutions for clients either through pre-selected pools of insurers, either through facilities. A clear set of criterias will guide the type of implementation that needs to be done. You will interact with clients in order to understand their needs, advise them and promote our solutions. You will also manage renewals on subsets of portfolio, with high efficiency ways of working. You will work closely with Sales and Operations in efficiency-driven processes.

You will be a key player in the new and expanded strategy, especially in Corporate segment where Marsh Belux has a very strong ambition. You will develop high value interactions with clients, evidencing the differentiators of our approach (both when we work with pre-selected pools of insurers or faciltiies). You will develop high efficiency ways of working with insurers, clients and colleagues in Sales and Operations.


We will count on you to :

Accompany clients in the understanding of their risks
According to Marsh rules and thersholds, either go to (1) pre-selected pools of insurers or (2) implementation of a facility with Operations
(1) Pre-selected pools of insurersoo Build understanding of risks with clients and submit files to pre-selected insurers (as far as possible with standard tools)o Negotiate best combination of coverage, conditions and value for clients + revenues for Marsh
(2) Implementation of facilityo Ensure clear instructions for Placement Partners in Operations (who will go through the quote and bind activities in a processed way)o Advise client on specific questions if needed
Assemble the terms of Marsh proposals and bring them to clients, in coordination with Client Executives (Sales) and Placement Partners (Operations)
Ensure that we answer on time to clients and that we fulfil our promise
Initiate implementation with clear instructions for Operations and clean data (right first time)
Manage renewals on a subset of the portfolio (with strong support of Placement Partners for facilities renewals)
Help improve Marsh solutions by detecting client needs that could be part of standard offering, or potential improvements processes


What you need to have :

Client centricity
Business / Profitability mindset
High efficiency ways of working
Strong negotiation skills (for insurers) and persuasion (for clients)
Team player mindset
Knowledge of one or several lines of business covered by Marsh : Motor, Engineering, Cyber, Finpro, Construction, Marine, Property, Liability, Casualty, Employee Benefits, etc.
Bachelor or Master ideally in Insurance or Law, or significant experience in this domains
