Job Description
Were looking for a full-time Brand Communications manager to join our Global Brand, Communications and Marketing team in Amsterdam.

As a Brand Communications Manager, you will be the driving force behind our brands visibility, reputation, and resonance in the market. Your strategic vision and creative flair will contribute to building brand awareness, preference, and loyalty among our target audiences. Youll collaborate closely with cross functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure consistent and impactful brand communications across various channels. We are looking for someone with more than seven years experience in Brand Communications. You have excellent organizational skills with experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. You enjoy making new connections and working with diverse stakeholders in and outside of the brand team.

What youll do

Develop and refine the brand positioning, ensuring alignment with our purpose, values, and business objectives.

Craft a compelling brand narrative that resonates with our audience segments.

Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of global brand campaigns.

Define campaign objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.

Oversee creative development, including messaging, visuals, and tone.

Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (digital, print, events, etc.).

Curate memorable brand experiences for customers, partners, and employees.

Manage events, sponsorships, and activations that reinforce our brand identity.

Foster emotional connections through immersive brand interactions.

Create engaging content that communicates our brands essence.

Collaborate with content teams and agencies to produce brand campaigns including videos, social media content, case studies, and more.

Manage creative agencies and media partners.

Work closely with brand research, marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and high performing content production.

Align brand initiatives with business goals and overall marketing strategy.

Foster cross-functional collaboration to amplify brand impact.
Your qualifications

Bachelors or University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, MBA, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.

Experience in Brand Communications or related area.

Proficiency in the full marketing mix, with a special focus on digital marketing and brand experiences/events.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Understanding of media landscapes and their evolution.

Ability to create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations. Photoshop, InDesign, video editing experience is an advantage.

7+ years Brand Communications experience.

Proven track record in executing successful (corporate) brand campaigns.

Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective campaigns.

Digital, social media, and event strategy asset creation and implementation.

Experience with managing creative agencies and ATL/BTL/PR activities
