Mercer Global Operations and Technology is seeking bilingual candidates based in Mexico City for the following temporary (1 year assignment) position:
HR Project Manager
What can you expect?
The HR Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on business initiatives, managing end-to-end delivery on a critical and complex business project
You will bring your expertise to the entire project life cycle, from planning and execution to executing against critical milestones and providing regular stakeholder updates
This hybrid position requires in-office presence 3 days a week

We will count on you to:
Manage regular work streams and project meetings, documenting and following up on actions and risks identified during the meetings
Perform excellent project management duties including, but not limited to, monitoring progress against deadlines and milestones and creating presentations for reporting out to HR team and business leaders
Develop and maintain detailed, robust, high-quality project plans, including keeping plans updated through the project lifecycle
Proactively stay on top of details highlighting any risks or roadblocks and execute with sense of urgency
Act as a point of contact between Global HR Community and other stakeholders, providing oversight and guidance
What you need to have:
A minimum of 5 years of working experience (HR, project management, consulting) with a strong interest in human capital
A minimum of 1 year as a PMO lead working on projects related to HR, with a results-oriented attitude and demonstrated ability to follow through on issues to resolution
Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Must be bilingual, with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Change management skills, with a strong ability to effectively influence and motivate others to take action
