Location - Pune Notice period - Immediate Job Description We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX Designer to join our team who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology. Requirements Desired Skills and Experience: Working knowledge of Sketch App/Adobe products: XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Knowledge of Invision App, Marvell App, Balsamiq, Adobe XD (Any one of these) Knowledge of Zero Heights online tool for documentation & Storybook will be a bonus. Design User interfaces and User interaction for our core web-based products Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps Design graphic user interface Components like menus, tabs and widgets CTA etc. Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images. Basics of front-end development (good knowledge of ReactJS, Bootstrap, HTML & CSS will be a bonus). Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders. Good time-management skills.
