Head Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) for Automotive Design company

Must to have working experience in Automotive Design

Roles & Responsibilities: ? Managing the end-to-end function of talent acquisition ? Own and drive the strategy and planning for talent needs of the company ? The role will fully own all aspects of talent acquisition, including participation in business planning, head count planning, campus & market recruitment, offer release, on-boarding, branding, vendor management, MIS reporting and compliances ? Working with the business units and catering to the talent needs of the organization Education & Experience: ? Should have Bachelors degree. B.Tech. / B.E. / MBA highly preferred. ? 10 to 15 years of experience in recruitment function in Engineering Services industry ? Hands on experience in hiring candidates for automotive industry in the areas of CAD, CAE, Electronics, IT/Digital. ? Should have vast talent network in the automotive industry ? Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment management systems & tools and social media ? Proven experience in a similar capacity or relevant role ? Demonstrable competency in negotiations, strategic planning & management Base Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Pune. Role Reporting: To the Managing Director
