Well established community bank is seeking professional, customer focused, dependable, and detailed oriented individuals to join their team in either a Part-Time or Casual Teller / Customer Service Representative role.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience is a required


• Cash handling and data entry experience is strongly preferred


• Comfortable initiating customer greeting, addressing customer by name and direct eye contact


• Good with math and computer experience


• Able to uphold customer confidentiality


• Professional in appearance and communication


• Able to balance cash drawer efficiently and accurately


• High priority for quality Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Dependability, Strong Integrity, Thoroughness, and Documentation Skills


• Willing to travel to other locations within the area, as needed


• Candidates will be required to successfully complete an introductory training course


• High school diploma or equivalent

Overview of Schedule and Compensation:

• Bank hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30pm p.m. Friday open until 7:00pm and Saturday 8:30am -12:00pm


• Saturday coverage will be required (typically not every Saturday)


• Competitive Hourly Rate position based on related experience

Part-time offers:

• 4-to-8-hour shifts; Averaging 25 -29 hours per week


• PTO time earn after 6 months of service

Casual Teller Information:

• The Casual CSR position is to mainly cover summer vacations, and occasionally cover weekends. Hours will vary, no guaranteed minimum of hours per week. But when working, typically will not exceed 29 hours per week.
