We are seeking a motivated and highly qualified individual to fulfill the role of Level Two Technical Writer/Business Process Manager. Join our client's team of diverse and skilled professionals in an environment that values excellence and innovation.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop clear and concise technical documentation to clarify complex ideas for a range of audiences, including government stakeholders and industry collaborators.

  • Ensure meticulous version control, maintaining accuracy and consistency across all contractual and programmatic documents.

  • Lead and nurture a small team of technical writers, offering guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and verify technical details, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

  • Refine and implement processes and standards to enhance documentation quality and efficiency.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance documentation practices and anticipate emerging challenges.

  • Manage the execution of program management office business processes and workflows, including document coordination, task management, and team communications.

  • Analyze and report on program performance data to identify and address project scope issues.

  • Coordinate meetings, manage office resources, and facilitate communication with both internal and external stakeholders.




Skills/Experience:



  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant DoD experience.

  • Proven ability to craft compelling technical documentation.

  • Experience with version control and ensuring document accuracy and consistency.

  • Previous experience leading and coordinating small teams.

  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) and Microsoft Office products.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience in DoD program management support.



Education/Certifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Arts (BA) or Science (BS).

  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 DOE
