Ensure all machinery control programs developed are efficient and adhere to the standards and needs of customer.

Responsibilities:

*** Introduce programming improvements in automated systems that are consistent with customer changes or manufacturing needs

*** Implement application requirements related to automated consumer product packaging functions including: filling; capping; labeling; boxing; cartoning; palletizing; etc..

*** De-bug, tryout and verify input and output signals and interference zones in the system.

*** Participate in the off-line robotic simulation process in conjunction with input and output signals signs and application data.

*** Perform the uploading and downloading of robot paths and control programs and to complete on-line adjustments as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

*** Associates in Robotic & Automation Control Systems Engineering or equivalent experience.

*** Understand manufacturing systems and operations, including mechanical, electrical and controls processes.

*** Able to read and interpret general automation controls circuits and application drawings, machine controls design and logic drawings, PLC logic and robotic application software.
