Industrial Engineer (Archdale, N.C.): The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for determining estimated production costs, potential savings, and the impact of design changes on the costs for industrial hotmelt production. They will provide design and production standards to managers and the relevant divisions, creating operations standards to fabricate industrial adhesives and promote efficiency. The Industrial Engineer will assess new equipment and techniques, applying statistical calculations in order to recommend improvements and optimize the industrial hotmelt production process.
