DUTIES: Schedule, direct and join Project and Business Meetings. Discuss and align with stakeholders the content and scope of the meeting. Be part of Endoscopy Leadership Meetings and Staff Meeting. Organizing weekly meeting plans and follow up with meeting minutes. Based on action items, send meeting minutes, and set follow up recurrent meetings. Project Time, Cost, Risk Management and Knowledge Integration. Project Gantt or timeline creation and maintenance. Budget creation and control (meeting with Finance as required). Update Risk register and create and deploy lesson learned to the organization Stakeholder Management. Mentor and coach team member on a day-to-day basis. May require to travel/telecommute.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical field plus 24 months experience in job offered, Principal, Project Manager, Senior Process Development Engineer, Quality Engineer, or related occupation. Experience must include: 1) MDD Quality Systems, 2) BSC Product Life Cycle, 3) BSC Endoscopy Product Development, 4) BSC Project Management Business Acumen, 5) BSC Endoscopy Guidewire Product Development, 6) BSC Endoscopy Ultrasound Probe Development, 7) BSC Endoscopy Marketing product and services expansion, 8) BSC Hemostasis Product Transfer, 9) Power BI project analysis, 10) BSC Endoscopy Program Management, and 11) BSC Endoscope Product Launch.

SALARY: From $87,797 to $141,546 per year
