**Job Overview:**
We are seeking motivated Call Center Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and promoting company products or services.

**Duties:**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries or issues
- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue

**Qualifications:**
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (especially Spanish)
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Proficient in data entry and able to analyze customer information
- Familiarity with upselling techniques
- Phone etiquette skills for professional communication
