TITLE: Senior Associate, Financial Systems

Duties: Manage the production support function for all the user groups of SAS CECL (Current Expected Credit Loss) Software. Ensure all necessary reporting and analysis tasks are complete throughout the month, especially at peak times during the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting periods. Act as the liaison with the Loss Forecasting, Accounting and IT teams for CECL production support. Understand user requests and their impact on the CECL process and financial reporting. Understand the requirements from the loss forecasting teams and accounting teams, maintain the Base SAS code and refactor in UDL (User Defined Language). Create and maintain ETL (Extract Transform Load) code. Create and maintain code for the CECL application. Create and maintain configurations for CECL workflow. Perform the application administrator tasks for SAS CECL system such as project creation, user provisioning and key process execution. Coordinate and work with IT to maintain and support the data flows to the CECL system from the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and resolve any infrastructure issues. Troubleshoot and correct data load issues in the SAS CECL system and make necessary changes to ensure data quality and success of downstream processes. Liaison with the Loss Forecasting team to implement model changes, the accounting team to implement reporting changes, and the IT teams to support CECL infrastructure changes. Act as the subject matter expert on all CECL system related areas such as configuration, set-up, reporting, system and user testing process and migrations. Create new objects (code/Configurations etc.) required for project implementation. Perform QA checks on project deliverables. Assist with implementing policies and procedures needed for system deployment. Coordinate with teams as needed during new implementations, system upgrades, and process improvements that impact the CECL system. Review project plans and project deliverables. Remote work from home permitted.

SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or closely related field of study and three (3) years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Risk Analyst, Operations Research Analyst, Senior CECL Analyst, or closely related occupation.

ALTERNATE
REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or closely related field of study and one (1) year of experience as a Financial Analyst, Risk Analyst, Operations Research Analyst, Senior CECL Analyst, or closely related occupation.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Also requires at least one (1) year of experience in the following:

· Coding with SAS software including Base SAS and SAS Studio;
· SAS Enterprise Guide (SAS EG);
· Proficiency with SQL;
· Software development methodologies such as Agile and SDLC; and
· ETL tools and data quality management including Linux system, and Loss Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.
