Requires Bachelor's in Business or Engineering field & 6 yrs progressive post-Bachelor's experience conducting make-or-buy analyses for production processes; understanding & analyzing total cost of ownership structures, including comparative internal cost benchmarks for area(s) of responsibility, to develop improved and/or innovative pricing models; managing & driving project, planning and finance stakeholder engagement to develop and implement procurement category strategies; developing & implementing procurement sourcing strategies, including conducting RFIs and RFPs; negotiating strategic direct contracts with suppliers for production activities; monitoring & identifying category market intelligence and supply market trends to gain a competitive market advantage and inform business decisions; using MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, & MS PowerPoint to prepare financial and non-financial analyses and reports on spend, supply base, industry and market trends; and managing supplier relationships, including performing risk assessment & capability and performance evaluations for suppliers.
