Responsibilities:

1. Utilize advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to create presentations, reports, and data analysis.
2. Utilize administrative experience to handle various tasks efficiently.
Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
3. Ensure proper filing and documentation of all relevant paperwork and records.
4. Update Management Information Systems (MIS) with accurate and timely information.
5. Act as a smart coordinator, efficiently managing schedules, meetings, and tasks.
6. Work from the office and collaborate with team members effectively.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both written and verbal interactions.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at an expert level.
2. Prior administrative experience is preferred.
3. Ability to coordinate travel arrangements effectively.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Experience with filing and documentation procedures.
6. Capability to update MIS accurately and efficiently.
7. Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and external parties effectively.
