Career Opportunity: Medicare Program Advisor with RetireMed in Cincinnati, Ohio

This full-time, hourly, non-exempt position requires a candidate with exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Employment is contingent upon successfully passing the Ohio State health insurance licensing exam. Paid training for the exam will be provided, and the cost of the test will be covered.

As the Program Advisor with RetireMed, your primary function is to be the first point of contact for consumer prospects seeking Medicare or Marketplace advice. The Program Advisor will play a crucial role in building rapport and converting leads into lifelong Medicare clients. Other responsibilities include:

Follow Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and RetireMed compliance rules, policies, procedures, and programs.
Lead early-stage sales processes by understanding each lead's individual situation and effectively selling our differentiators and value proposition.
Effectively engage, educate, and nurture leads to assess their needs, providing clear timelines, roadmaps, and appropriate follow-up assistance.
Be active in the New Business inbound and outbound phone queues, explaining and enrolling leads in the RetireMed Program.
Execute a minimum of 40 dials and average two hours of talk time per day.
Manage a prospect/lead pipeline and sales activity using a CRM database.
Maintain professionalism in all interactions and establish a positive rapport with each lead.
Collect, complete, and accurately update all critical CRM data fields in a detailed, timely manner.

Specific qualifications include:

Strong phone skills, including active listening and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of individuals.
Extensive customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to job responsibilities.
Good working knowledge of MS Office and the Internet; strong keyboarding skills.
Availability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
