Job Title: Documentation Analyst

Position Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Documentation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate documentation related to inventory and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to inventory, including inventory levels, product descriptions, and storage locations.
Conduct regular audits of inventory records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reconcile inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.
Develop and maintain standardized procedures for inventory management and auditing processes.
Generate reports and analysis to provide insights into inventory performance and trends.
Assist with the implementation of inventory management software and systems.
Provide training and support to team members on inventory management best practices and procedures.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience in inventory management, documentation analysis, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with conducting audits and implementing process improvements is preferred.
