Must be graduate of any four-year course. 1-2 years experience with account management, customer service for a software system preferrable in banking institutions General experience with managing merchant card, bank, and check processing services. Strong understanding of payments processing rules, regulations, and industry standards. Detail-oriented; Ability to learn and utilize new procedures and process quickly. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in of Microsoft Office products Must be wailing to work in a fixed night shift schedule Must be flexible in terms of work arrangements (On Site, Home or Hybrid)
