Guardian Angel Staffing is taking applications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Full Time & Part Time employment opportunities in a Long Term Care Facilities in the Radcliff, Kentucky area. THIS IS NOT A TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT!

Part time requires a minimum of two days per week.

Candidate must have a strong work history with minimal gaps in their employment. These are floor positions in a Long Term Care settings, therefore previous experience in a Long Term Care Facility is desired.

Requirements Include But Not Limited To:
1. Active license on Kentucky Board of Nursing in good standing
2. CPR Card
3. TB Skin Test and/or Chest X-Ray
4. Nursing Diploma
5. Pass Background and Drug Screening
6. Comply with Covid-19 Policy and Procedures
7. Current experience within the last year that can be verified working in a long term care facility or a hospital taking care of a team of patients.

PAY RATE: $43.00/HR during the week and $44/HR on the weekends

AVAILABLE SHIFTS: 630am-3pm & 230pm-11pm

Rotating weekends required!
