Key Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements quality strategies to enhance supplier performance.


• Participates in new initiatives regarding suppliers.


• Leads supplier development strategy and performance metrics.


• Monitor and ensures effective supplier quality manufacturing processes.


• Manages and coaches a high-performing team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications for Quality Assurance Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related required


• 10+ years of manufacturing experience, oil and gas preferred


• 5+ years of leadership experience in engineer


• Lean Six Sigma, CQE, CQM, etc certifications preferred


• Working knowledge of RCFA and FMEA
