Job Opportunity - Project Coordinator:

As a Project Coordinator for one of our esteemed clients in the Albuquerque area, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and overseeing all aspects of residential renovation projects, from initiation to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate various project activities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess will be instrumental in ensuring project success and maintaining our reputation for excellence within the industry.

Key Responsibilities For Project Coordinator:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation


• Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are clearly understood and met


• Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and ensure timely completion


• Act as a central point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests throughout the project lifecycle


• Collaborate closely with internal teams and subcontractors to streamline project execution and address any issues or challenges that arise


• Implement quality control measures to uphold our company's standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and ensuring adherence to approved budgets.

Qualifications For Project Coordinator:

• Prior experience in project coordination or related roles within the construction or remodeling industry Solid understanding of residential construction practices, materials, and building codes


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and collaboration Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.

Compensation For Project Coordinator:

Salary range: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour (DOE)
