Job descriptionKey Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and recruit talents
- Manage the full life cycle of recruitment process from sourcing to offering
- Analyze and interpret current recruitment trends to best tailor search approach
- Advertise job postings within appropriate forums to attract top notch candidate pools
- Proactively source, engage, pre-screen, interview, schedule and assess candidates
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers on best hiring practices and decisions
- Manage candidate experience to ensure positive candidate outcomes
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification Skills/experience You need to be Successful
- Minimum 6 months of experience in full life cycle of recruitment.(Any Industry)
- Proactive and passionate with recruitment
- Strong in communication skills in both English & Hindi
- Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development
- Ability to attract, engage, and assess best-in-class talents in a highly competitive environment
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and web-based systems (applicant tracking systems, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to priorities
- Willingness to learn and overcome daily challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks.
- Bachelors Degree.
Location : Gurugram, Gold Course Extension
Office : Positive office culture with fixed timings.
Shift : 6 days working - Fixed Sunday Off
Timings : 9:30 am to 6 pm
Salary : 2.16 LPA to 3 LPA
