• Supporteffortstoenhance levelM&Esystemsandstandards by developing SoPs and technicalguidelines.
• Contribute to development of the program/vertical specificM&E technicalguidance,toolsandmechanism
• Sharingprogrammeperformancewiththeteamona regularbasis andbringingoutcriticalissuesandadverseperformances,ifany
• Providefeedback regardingcontext changesthatraisenewdatatrends andneedsassessments
• Provide timely and robust information to promote thedissemination of learning, better project cyclemanagement, and facilitate evidence-based decision-making through the provision of technical analysis,both internally within and externally withimplementing partners CoachandmentorM&Estaffmembers todevelop theirskillsandensurehigh-qualityevidence-based reporting.
