Project Estimator to Analyze architectural and structural project plans provided by clients to determine insulation requirements. Calculate quantities of insulation materials (e.g., Spray Foam, Cellulose, Fiber Glass, Mineral Wool) needed for each project based on project specifications. Prepare detailed cost estimates for insulation materials and associated labor costs. Advise on the selection of appropriate insulation materials based on project specifications, budget constraints, and performance requirements. Maintain accurate records of project estimates, quantities, and related documentation. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure insulation requirements are met efficiently and within budget. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in insulation materials and techniques to provide cost-effective and energy-efficient solutions. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture or foreign equivalent AND 12 months of experience as a Budget Engineer and Designer required.
