Under the supervision of a licensed architect, meets with clients and creates drawings, designs, and layouts that comply with industry regulations; develops-presentations, designs, and technical solutions through all phases of a project; assists in the preparation of architectural working drawings and related project documents, using tools such as AUTOCAD; prepares complex schematic drawings from rough sketches and oral instructions; designs alterations to buildings and structures and prepares accurate drawings with specifications; assists in construction administration of projects including review of show drawings; responds to requests for information; conducts site visits and prepares subsequent reports; collaborates with other project team members including engineers, consultants, and vendors; prepares conceptual renderings and supporting graphics for project presentations.

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Must have two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as an architect.

Two (2) years of experience (inclusive of experience required heretofore) must have included the following:
1) Producing architectural designs, plans, and specifications using AUTOCAD;
2) Designing alterations to buildings and structures.
