Oversee and guide all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) during the application development process. Guide production and development teams by defining technical requirements, specifications, and deliverables for project integration, and ensuring business needs and IT standards are met. Coordinate with development, business, and project managers to conceive software solutions. Perform final review and issue final approval of detailed technical design documents for project implementations. Develop full scale project plans, track project milestones and deliverables, and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
