Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Lisbon office:


Insurance Claims Handler Trainee

Flexible work environment;
For the initial 6 months it's required to work from the office. After that, you can opt for the hybrid working model, which allows you to work from home 2 days per week;
9 months paid internship.


We will count on you to:

Work directly with one of Marsh's international account;
Evaluate claims related to consumer credit;
Follow up processes in order to cover, decline or ask for more documentation in order to re-evaluate;
Respond to standard customer inquiries regarding the products and services the Company offers;
Answer, document and monitor call center calls, emails and transactions;
Track client and product order information and logs client data in spreadsheets to assist with monitoring call center activity.


What you need to have:

Degree in relevant field such as Law, Engineering, Management, etc.;
Have a detail oriented and organized profile;
Good verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2);
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools.
