Webuild((link removed)) is actively seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead the development of multi-family projects within the dynamic Sacramento Marketplace.

The ideal candidate would possess a minimum of 10 years of construction project management experience, with a dedicated focus of at least 5 years on multi-family, senior living, and mixed-use development projects. Your experience should encompass a comprehensive skill set, including expertise in assessing construction schedules, meticulously developing scopes of work, creating accurate budgets, efficiently processing change orders and RFI's, adeptly managing vendor relationships, and providing vigilant oversight of construction activities and inspections to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

As the Project Manager, you will be entrusted with directing onsite construction activities for various projects. This role entails overseeing project activities from rough grade through project closeout. You will manage single or multiple concurrent projects throughout the Sacramento region, tasked with directing construction schedules, managing RFI's, overseeing submittals, procuring materials, making personnel decisions, ensuring rigorous quality control, and conducting inspections. All these efforts are aimed at ensuring the successful completion of mid-rise and podium-style multi-family and mixed-use developments, with an average project scope ranging from $10 to $50 million.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related industry experience. Strong construction management skills are essential, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities are a must. Proficiency in the MS Office suite and Project software is desired.
