Responsibilities of Mechanical Reliability Manager:

• Assume the role of the primary expert in rotating equipment, covering compressors, turbines and pumps, within the corporation.


• Guides the development and performance evaluation of site rotating equipment engineers.


• Takes the lead in troubleshooting, RCA and standards development.


• Implements and supervises compressor health monitoring systems, ensuring adequate training for plant personnel.


• Offers insights into capital projects, emphasizing the importance of maintainability and reliability in design and installation.

Qualifications of Mechanical Reliability Manager:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required


• Professional Engineer License or CMRP required


• 15+ years of engineering experience, preferably in heavy chemicals or refining


• Professional experience in maintenance, engineering, and reliability, especially with a focus on large turbomachinery


• A strong preference for candidates with extensive experience in the heavy chemicals or refining industry
