Position: Senior NLP Engineer

Rate of Pay: $210,000 - $220,000 per year

Job Duties:
Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Improve the natural language generation for our note summarization technology. Develop software code to implement information clustering algorithms, such as Universal Sentence Embeddings and K-Means, to group the conversational information into discrete categories. Improve the information extraction process for our machine learning-based conversation capture technology. Deliver feature requests by building, iterating, and deploying AI-powered models. Develop and build machine learning (ML) infrastructure, architecture, and techniques, and ML-related product features. Define and lead the development of new ML products. Remote work from anywhere in the U.S. is permitted.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a software engineering-related occupation.

Special Requirements:

Position requires 2 years of experience in the following:
1.Analyzing and scaling supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
2.Experience training, fine-tuning, deploying, and serving Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning models in a production system.
3.Experience with Deep Learning platforms including Tensorflow, Keras, and Pytorch.
4.Experience designing novel Deep Learning architectures to solve specific problems.
5.Experience collaborating with multiple teams and working in an Agile environment.


Position also requires some experience in the following:
1.Experience as a Machine Learning Engineer
2.Experience performing ML ops, infrastructure, and system design.
