Senior Data Analyst: For a portfolio management-asset advisory services company, write queries to retrieve mortgage and real estate data from large relational and non-relational databases, and extract and analyze data from multiple sources to build customized data solutions. Build and maintain financial reports related to portfolio asset performance with extensive use of VBA macros, SQL programming, and Python. Translate large data into meaningful reporting through visualization tools including Power BI, and utilizing MS SQL Server, DAX functions and M language. Assist with the creation of pricing files for the bid process; develop pricing for mortgage portfolios. Identify and scope business requirements with internal business users, analyze proposed solutions and perform QC testing of solutions. Create and maintain automated events and workflows to increase efficiency of the business and financial product solutions. Verify all data, reports and workflows for accuracy and completeness prior to presentation.


Position requires Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Management Information Systems, Data & Analytics, Finance, or Economics & minimum 2 years of experience carrying out the above duties.
