Supply Planning Analyst for Cepheid in Sunnyvale, CA to be responsible for developing and analyzing balanced factory optimization schedules. Ensure that customer demands and factory utilization targets are achieved at all factories globally as part of the Supply Planning ROBAL/PAL (Mfg. work centers) Organization. Execute the optimizer tool and analyzing global supply projection in alignment with the demand, capacity, and consumables restrictions. Publish Global attainment report with highlighting potential interruptions and facilitating proposals with relevant data driven and professional presentations to leadership with quality recommendations on a weekly basis to support the organization. Work with Data science and business systems team ensuring successful on time, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) deliverables for Power BI (Business Intelligence) Dashboard. Collaborate with Demand planning team on weekly basis to make changes in schedule to meet customer demand and maintain healthy WOS (Weeks of Supply) for all products. Create graphical scorecards and supporting bowlers to closely monitor performance and identify the potential risk to build plan with detail information for future predictions and counter measures. Improve and redefine global processes to ensure consistent standard work on all sites with continuous improvement by leveraging all available tools in Danaher Business System (DBS). Support continuous improvement activities (Daily Management, Standard Work, Problem Solving, Kaizen, and Gemba Walks).



Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus two (2) years of experience as a supply chain analyst or related occupation in SAP or other ERP systems or, alternatively, a master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and one (1) year of experience as a supply chain analyst or related occupation in SAP or other ERP systems. Experience must include: Six Sigma Green Belt; SAP, MS Office, Power BI, Click up, JIRA, Asana, and Tableau; SQL and Visio; Master production scheduling, capacity planning and forecasting principles; SAP, SOPs, GMP, ISO, JIT, and MRP; Medical device manufacturing; Creating, communicating and monitoring detailed supply plans within a medical device manufacturing facility; and Creating Master Production Schedules and managing exceptions and raw materials.
