The Position
The ideal candidate should have solid B2B experience with mechanical equipment and assemblies, manufacturing systems and mechanical design along with the desire to work with customers in a sales engineering roll. Computer experience in CRM, Word, Excel and SolidWorks, basic machine shop skills for prototyping demonstrations and customer parts is, highly, desirable.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a growing manufacturing operation
Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent
Comfortable with customers and developing alignment/measuring solutions
Ability to understand and resolve engineering problems
Innovative & creative participation with sales and manufacturing teams
Interest in working with industrial customers on solutions and designs
Light machining ability to use lathe, milling machine & 3D printer for sales prototypes
Experience with electronics and optics a plus.
