SUMMARY: Management Business Solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for one of its clients in the fuel-providing industry. The person will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence within your assigned territory. The ideal candidate shall develop and implement strategic plans, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers. This remote position supports markets across the West Coast territory. While remote, it necessitates extensive travel of 50% or more throughout the region. Applicants based in Arizona, Nevada, Utah, or Oregon will be highly considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and secure a pipeline of new opportunities through various channels.
Create tailored branding packages for customers, oversee contract negotiations, and assist in determining relevant offers.
Collaborate with customers to ensure their marketing strategy remains competitive.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market intelligence.
Utilize internal resources effectively by maintaining daily communication and providing timely reports.
Listen actively to customer feedback and advocate for prompt issue resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in a related field such as Business, Sales, Marketing or any related field.
5+ years of outside sales experience required; Oil & gas industry experience preferred.
Demonstrated success in sales.
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time in assigned market to meet with customers.
Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
