This 1099 commission-based door-to-door lead generation and appointment-setting position has an uncapped earning potential of up to $2500 per installation! No territory restrictions within MA, RI, CT, or eastern NY!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Utilize a blend of marketing strategies, including door-to-door canvassing, cold calling, online marketing campaigns, and participation at tabling events, to generate and qualify leads.
Schedule Consultations: Coordinate with potential clients to schedule qualified leads for detailed consultations with our experienced sales team.
Homeowner Engagement: Actively engage with homeowners through canvassing efforts and representing the company at local tabling events.
Record Maintenance: Diligently track client communications, leads, and referrals utilizing ERPs and CRMs. Ensure proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite for seamless operation and documentation.
Team Collaboration: Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions, enhancing product knowledge, marketing skills, and overall performance.
Skills and Qualifications:

Self-motivation: Demonstrated drive and determination to succeed in all endeavors, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to initiate and maintain conversations with strangers and a customer-centric attitude.
Time Management: Proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently, ensuring every opportunity is pursued.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern technology, including computers, tablets, and smartphones with stable internet connections. Must be familiar with ERPs, CRMs, MS Office, and Google Suite.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to keep track of numerous leads and maintain accurate records.
Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and stand/walk for several hours daily in various weather conditions.
Equipment: Must own a computer, tablet, and smartphone with internet wifi capability.
