Work Schedule: Enjoy your weekdays off! This position operates on a weekend shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 5am-5pm). Work 36 hours and get compensated for 40.
Responsibilities:
Operate a printing press with precision and care.
Complete the Production Traveler accurately.
Maintain a clean press and workspace to prevent hazardous conditions.
Display meticulous attention to detail and thoroughness in task completion.
Apply critical thinking skills to identify alternative solutions or approaches to problems.
Conduct visual inspections of each roll for accuracy and defect-free quality.
Collaborate with other press operators and management to achieve optimal results.
Tools and Equipment:
Proficiency in operating a Printing Press is required.
Qualifications:
Experience in setting up and operating a printing press.
Knowledge of mounting plates, print cylinders, dies, and ink into the press.
Ability to accurately interpret job orders for customer satisfaction.
Basic mathematical skills are necessary.
