Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 year of BPO experience in US Healthcare account
Knowledge in MediCare and MedicAid is required
Must have background in Benefits, Claims, and Pre-authorization process
Good to excellent English communication skills

Healthcare associates coordinate between hospitals, insurance companies and healthcare facilities regarding anything related to a patients care. Such as - scheduling/ confirming doctors appointment, changes in prescription medicine, following up with insurance, patient transport from healthcare facility to hospital, getting/updating medical records. Coordination is done by calls and emails.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00PM to 6:00AM Philippine time
