• Eiden Systems Corporation is looking for a Senior Systems Administration to join our team. The systems administrator will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and administration of existing production, test and training; including hardware and software, applications, databases, and operating systems on all applicable networks, at both CONUS and OCONUS locations. You may be required to work on weekends/evenings for priority data sets or systems maintenance issues, to ensure 24x7 operations and possible short term deployment.  TS/SCI clearance required.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• The Systems Administrator will support systems operation and maintenance on production and test systems to include: release management; upgrades; patches; change packages (enhancements/fixes); problem reports; data migration; and cyber security test environments


• Monitors, maintains and reports on system performance


• Perform tuning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and bench marking in accordance with established procedures


• Maintains existing and supports new data feeds that may be a combination of FTP/SFTP, RESTful web services, and other data flow mechanisms


• Maintains documentation (run books, administration manual, scripts, SOPs, etc.)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Ten years' experience implementing and administering complex systems


• CompTIA Security + CE


• Experience with advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution of complex issues


• Experience performing administration duties for hardware, software, and networking components, including GOTS, COTS, servers, storage arrays, networking hardware


• Experience with analyzing and resolve issues with bi-directional, cross domain, data transfer systems


• Extensive experience with a wide variety of server and networking hardware; deploying COTS/GOTS products on classified networks; and cross-domain data transfer


• Work experience with Windows and Linux Operating systems and storage solutions


• Experience with Oracle, RDBMS systems, SQL/SQLPlus, .NET, Java and other scripting tools is highly desired.


• Oracle (SQL and/or PL/SQL)


• Scripting ability (Unix Shells, Perl, Python, etc.)


• Web Services integration experience
