Surgical Tech, Certified - Bemidji



Shift: 8 hour Days



Shift schedules requirement: 

• Variety of weekday shifts starting at 0630, 0700, 0900, 1100.  


• Call starting after shift on weekday until 0700 and 24 hours on weekend.


• Call approximately once per week.  


• Will work late shifts and call alone with RN circulator. 

Length of Assignment: 13 Weeks



General job duties: 

• Scrub OR cases, all specialties except neuro, spine and hearts

Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: 

• Variety of instrument trays and trauma sets.  


• Variey of manufacturers.  

Required skills and minimum years of experience:    

• Min 2 years recent scrub experience


• Experience with scrubbing on ortho cases - requried


• Proficient in all areas except neuro, spine and hearts

Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required:

• CST-Certified Surgical Technologist. BLS - must be AHA

Floating to other units/departments:

• No

Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept:

• 5 operating rooms and 1 procedure room

Dress Code:

• Hospital laundered scrubs provided
