Looking for a “Jack of all trades” in the property maintenance field. 

Performing an abundance of work orders daily, throughout Mahoning County.  

 

• Inspect units after tenants move out and repair walls, ceilings, doors, floors and other components as necessary to ensure adherence to housing quality standards


• Perform routine maintenance on all units as needed, including changing HVAC air filters, maintaining appliances and replacing light fixtures or doors/door locks


• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and use good judgment to determine urgency of each repair and assist accordingly


• Communicate with property managers when licensed electricians or plumbers are necessary to complete a repair


• Must have general knowledge of electrical, plumbing & HVAC 

Hourly wage is $20/hr. Monday through Friday 9-5pm, with double time after hours and on weekends for emergency calls.
