POSITION SUMMARY:

The Executive Assistant will be an essential role supporting the CEO of a vertically integrated wine brand.  The position is remote and will be required to meet in person once a week. You will be partnering directly with the CEO to manage many projects, travel, emails, and meetings.  In addition, the role will also wear multiple hats and will manage the brand’s digital media and marketing.  

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will be a highly detail-oriented, robust self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, has experience with project coordination and marketing. 

An interest in wine is a must! 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing the CEO’s calendar, schedule, and emails


• Booking travel and managing agendas 


• Organizing files on Google Drive


• Interacting with customers and resolving any issues


• Listening to customer feedback to improve the client experience 


• Manage and engage marketing contractors regularly


• Manage digital marketing and media buying


• Gather key metrics to improve the company’s website 


• Coordinate company events


• Represent the brands at wine events, tastings, and dinners

REQUIRMENTS 

 

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience. 

RIGHT TO WORK: Must have legal right to work in the USA.

COMPETENCIES: 

• Experience with supporting a C-level role 


• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)


• Experienced with event management and logistics


• Digital media and social media marketing 


• Ability to travel and work some nights or weekends


• Ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment as well as individually


• Passionate about wine


• A background in customer service
