IT Technical Support Executive - Level 2 at Durango, CO
Job Description
You will be working to:
- Work with users to provide solutions to technical problems
- Troubleshoot and identify common issues with the platform
- Working with users to solve real-time problems
Requirements to be successful:
- Good communication and critical thinking skills
- 2-5 years of experience being in a tech support customer facing role
- Knowledge in networking, office 365, windows 7/10 support, outlook 2013/2016
- Install, configure, upgrade, and repair PC and MAC workstations, mobile devices, and related equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail
- Great problem- solving skills
- Passion for technology and people
