As a product marketing manager, you will guide funnel optimization focused on acquisition, and conversion. You will work with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Design to create and improve high performing funnels that unlock scalable growth.



You're an experienced product marketer with a passion for acquisition strategy, customer experience, and technology. You have both deep technical knowledge and an ability to develop engaging experiences that acquires customers.

 



Role




  • Own optimization work across acquisition funnels to unlock sizable, scalable growth. This lead will work with the growth team to uncover, prioritize and eliminate conversion tension points through channels, messaging, features, and/or new product ideas

  • Set our go-to-market strategy for new product or feature launches (inclusive of pricing, packaging, positioning and distribution strategy)

  • Create the processes, systems, playbooks, and workflows that allow the team to grow into a scaled function with a measurable positive impact on our overview

  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s journey and identify opportunities to better acquire, activate, and retain members

  • Identify and advocate for new or improved products and/or features that will create more customer stickiness by lowering conversion hurdles

  • Inform and validate growth investments with data (both qualitative and quantitative). Rigorously test growth hypotheses and ensure learnings are proactively shared with company stakeholders. Perform market and competitive assessments; use insights to shape product and marketing prioritization decisions

  • Track projects, manage development timelines and organize the daily operations

  • Create the processes, systems, playbooks, and workflows that allow the team to grow into a scaled function with a measurable positive impact on our overview



You




  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management or growth marketing in digital or a start-up environment preferable

  • A love of crafting solutions and solving problems with a focus on the customer

  • Insights-Driven: take qualitative/quantitative customer and inputs to understand then address our targeted user. Data and hypothesis-driven.

  • Communication that demonstrates the ability to create a value proposition, messaging frameworks, and product storytelling

  • Project & Process Management. Can distill complicated programming into clear, relevant plans. Can lead cross-functionally to build.

  • Distribution: Can develop omnichannel go-to-market campaigns that attract and educate new audiences

  • Passion for our mission to live healthier through revolutionary primary care, excitement for the future of health, and a personal belief in wellness.

  • Curiosity and a reputation for asking thoughtful questions that make others better

  • Project management skills to achieve quantifiable and material results Experience in venture-backed growth stage startups preferred
