Rotating Shift Production Supervisor – Steel Rolling Mill - Starting base salary: $70-80K + Bonus; Comprehensive benefits package and relocation is being offered. Need rotating shift supervisor for rolling mill. Union production environment. Will be responsible for overseeing and scheduling production, training, budgets, cost control, quality, productivity improvement and employee empowerment for a team of production operators. Will work rotating shifts, 8 hours and rotate every week, most weekends off. Will report directly to the Production Manager and will be actively involved in daily decision making.

Degree is a plus but not required. 1+ years experience as a Production Supervisor in a primary metals manufacturing environment. Prefer rolling mill experience (rods, bars, tubes, wire, ect. Must be willing to work rotating shifts. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, SAP, or similar experience would be a plus.
