As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will answer inbound phone calls for some of America's most trusted top brands and Fortune 500 companies, assist customers with account information, specific content, or account authorization in regards to the customer accounts, resolve customer issues, complete and handle all customer related inquiries. You have the power to choose your clients and schedule from the comfort of your own home.



Certification training is instructor-led and you must be able to attend training in its entirety once the training course has been selected.
