Job Summary:

• Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring all equipment and paperwork is with them before getting to the job site.


• Communicates with (amber) and reports, concerns with equipment, paperwork, and work schedule.


• Perform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management and maintenance


• Track and document the progression of the work


• Perform troubleshooting


• Identify all issues


• Suggest and implement solution


• Operate vehicle in a safe manner


• Check and update field automation systems and databases


• Adhere to company’s given rules and regulations


• Build relationships and trust with customers and clients


• Create reports of the customers they serviced that day.


• Demonstrate how to use the equipment.


• Advise customers on the equipment.


• Make equipment recommendations to customers.
