Job Summary:
- Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring all equipment and paperwork is with them before getting to the job site.
- Communicates with (amber) and reports, concerns with equipment, paperwork, and work schedule.
- Perform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management and maintenance
- Track and document the progression of the work
- Perform troubleshooting
- Identify all issues
- Suggest and implement solution
- Operate vehicle in a safe manner
- Check and update field automation systems and databases
- Adhere to company’s given rules and regulations
- Build relationships and trust with customers and clients
- Create reports of the customers they serviced that day.
- Demonstrate how to use the equipment.
- Advise customers on the equipment.
- Make equipment recommendations to customers.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Problem-solving mindset
- Dependable
- Strong technical, organizational, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with navigating a computer or willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to handle multiple, changing priorities.
Education and Experience:
- High school degree required, Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent preferred.
- Smart Phone
- Clean Driving Record (No SR-22s)
- Clean Background Check
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds.
